The following scenarios are concept visualizations of the Vizcovery platform, illustrated on Lotte World Tower. They are not live production footage.
After a concert, thousands of people leave at once. Vizcovery correlates gates, elevators, escalators, occupancy, and outside conditions to predict the bottleneck before it forms — then reroutes flows and updates guidance while the building is still moving.
50,000 sensor streams — power, HVAC, elevators, water — pulse through one model. When cooling demand spikes on floor 63, Vizcovery rebalances the chillers and trims peak load, turning a skyscraper's appetite into a curve it can shape.
An unattended bag appears on level 2. Within a second, camera frustums, access logs, and motion streams converge — the zone is isolated, the nearest response team is routed, and the elevator bank is held. No operator saw it. The building did.
